Punchbag bob is exactly what his name implies. You use him
to test out your abilities and weapons. Since he is just a punching bag, your Battledome stats will not appear on your
profile. But if you beat him, you win a nifty, "Beat Punchbag Bob Champion" trophy.

if you missed it, you can get out of the fight by going to the status page. You won't have to worry about the annoying punch bag anymore.
What does more damage fighting Bob?
Your abilities do little or no damage to Bob. Your best defence
is a rainbow gun, sticky snowballs, and equipment specified to your neopets species.
How can you win against Bob?
You need good weapons, patients, lots of time, and no distractions.
Once you leave, whatever damage you did to Bob will be lost, but whatever happened, it does not show up on your Battledome
Status.
